Photo Of The Day: Jungle Bhoys Display 2005

Today’s photo of the day dates back to 8 May 2005, when Celtic hosted Aberdeen. John Hartson got both goals in a 2-0 victory over the Dons that afternoon, putting the Bhoys back on top with two league games remaining.

The scene of focus is from before kick off, when a new group named the Jungle Bhoys unveiled one of their earliest displays. The entire Jock Stein Stand was covered in green and white as the teams emerged, a precursor to the now customary tifos created by the Green Brigade Ultras.
