It’s pleasing to see that the move to Arsenal hasn’t changed Kieran Tierney one bit. He might be making a bit more money, but clearly he doesn’t feel the need to put a jumper on for now.
The image of Scott Brown in shorts and t- shirt during a snowy training session is still impressive to see. It’s hard to tell if it’s admirable or if he’s just an absolute madman, but just looking at it is enough to make you shiver:
It’s not quite snowy season yet, but some similar images have emerged of Tierney in Arsenal training. It’s pretty startling when you see him surrounded by other players with three layers and a snood:
It does still take a bit of getting used to when you look at him in that red kit. It’s taken some time for him to get over his appearances in the first team have been limited so far, but it does look like he’s ready for a consistent run of games.
Arsenal have had a clear issue with a lack of leadership and direction on the pitch this season. He might be young but we’ve all seen what a winner Tierney was over his time in Scotland. He could make a huge difference once he establishes himself.
