Pointless! Celtic’s Invincibles featured on popular BBC quiz show

In yesterday’s Pointless the couple who made it through to play for the money chose Scottish football as their category and one of the questions was to look for pointless answers to the question about the players who played for Celtic during the Invincible season.

One of the other options was name any country that Scotland has played and again you had to find a pointless answer.

I was watching the show with my boy and we can up with Zaire, Dorus de Vries and Calvin Miller and all three were pointless answers! See how the contestants on the show got on here…

It’s not the first time Celtic have featured on Pointless. Last year a girl opted for Henrik Larsson as an answer and revealed that she only picked him because her Celtic supporting boyfriend suggested that in the event of getting a football question, to answer by naming the King of Kings. She did and it was a pointless answer so she won the cash!

And talking of quizzes, we will have another one of our own popular ones up shortly…
