Referees for Betfred Cup semi-finals announced

The SPFL have announced that the match day officials for the two semi-finals this Sunday.

For the early kick-off, Celtic travel through to Edinburgh with a huge support – the ‘away’ tickets have now completely sold out – and they will play Hearts at Murrayfield with the match being refereed by Willie Collum. The top two sides in Scotland will battle it out for a place in November’s Final where they will play the winners of the second semi-final which is being played at Hampden.

Aberdeen play The Rangers in what is another Battle of Midway – these sides are currently sitting middle table in the Scottish Premiership, Aberdeen in 7th and Rangers in 5th.

Their semi-final will be refereed by John Beaton.

Aberdeen v Rangers
