Team’s Up – Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate and Kyogo start

Brendan Rodgers has named perhaps his strongest possible Celtic side for today’s Scottish Cup, 4th Round tie against Kilmarnock at Celtic Park which kicks off at 5.30pm….

Kasper Scmeichel is in goals and the back four today are Alistair Johnston, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Auston Trusty and Greg Taylor. In the midfield Callum McGregor is joined today by Arne Engels and Reo Hatate while the front three are Nicolas Kuhn on the right, Kyogo through middle and Daizen Maeda on the left.

Subs today are Sinisalo,Scales, Idah, Valle, Yang, McCowan, Bernardo and Ralston.

Enjoy the game folks, first of three in a week and what a great position we’ll be in of the Bhoys can serve up three victories, all with the backing of the Celtic support and the manager – remember Brendan called it Celtic’s Holy Trinity? Let’s do it!

  1. Just seen today’s team. Whatever happened to playing form players? How can Trusty be in the side, after his last debacle.
    As for the bench, no wonder talented youngsters piss off down south, not a sniff of one of them.
