Team’s Up – Forrest and Giakoumakis both start

Celtic are back at Paradise this afternoon, taking on Hibs in a cinch Premiership match that provides an opportunity for the Hoops to increase the lead at the top of the league, looking down on theRangers to five points and in doing so heap the pressure on them ahead fo their visit to Fir Park tomorrow lunch-time.

Ange Postecoglou gives a first league start to James Forest after the veteran winger showed up well coming off the bench against both St Johnstone last Saturday and RB Leipzig in midweek.

The Celtic manager goes with Joe Hart in goals, Josip Juranovic is on the bench as Tony Ralston starts at right back, Alexandro Bernabei plays at left back and the central pairing in the Celtic defence is the stand-in skipper Cameron Carter Vickers and Moritz Jenz.

In the middle of the park it’s the three of Aaron Mooy to sit deeper in the absence of Callum McGregor with Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley further forward.

Forrest is preferred to Liel Abada on the right hand side of the front three while with Jota still missing. Ange has gone with Sead Hakšabanović ahead of Daizen Maeda. Giorgos Giakoumakis leads the line.

On the bench for Celtic are: Siegrist, Taylor, Juranovic, Kyogo, Abada, McCarthy, Guchi, Abildgaard, Maeda.

The 3pm Kick-off is fast approaching, if you are at the game make sure you make some noise for the Bhoys and wouldn’t it be nice to hear a full rendition of the Celtic Symphony?

Biggest cheer of the day will be for Celtic legend Frank McGarvey who is expected on the pitch at half-time. For those too young to remember, the words to his song is simply “THERE’S ONLY ONE FRANK McGARVEY…”
