Team’s Up – Forrest starts vs Livi, Phillips not in squad

Brendan Rodgers has named his side for this afternoon’s game against Livingston. The Scottish Champions will be looking to bounce back from defeat in Rotterdam.

There is one change and it’s the inclusion of James Forrest for Luis Palma.

In goals, Joe Hart starts.

In defence, Gustaf Lagerbielke and Liam Scales start in the central pairing. Greg Taylor and Alistair Johnston start in the full back berths.

In midfield, skipper Callum McGregor has been named alongside Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley.

In attack, Kyogo starts through the middle with Daizen Maeda and James Forrest on the right.

On the bench: Bain, Palma, Yang, Turnbull, Holm, Oh, Tomoki, Bernardo, Ralston.

It is a tough away ground to travel to and Celtic’s record of just two wins in five years.

Livingston Starting XI: 1. George, Obileye, Pittman, Anderson, Brandon, Holt, Nouble, Sangare, Shinnie, De Lucas & Penrice.

Subs: Hamilton, Parkes, Kelly, MacKay, Bradley, Kelly, Lloyd, Guthrie, Lawal.

The game kicks off at 12:30 and is shown on Sky Sports Football with coverage starting at 12.
