Team’s Up – Jim Goodwin names Dundee United XI for Celtic clash

Jim Goodwin has named his Dundee United side for this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership game against Celtic. United are third in the table and will be looking to make things difficult for Brendan Rodgers’ team.

United held Celtic to a stalemate when the sides met in December at Tannadice but were beaten 2-0 when they visited Celtic Park last month. Goodwin has named his team as he looks to consolidate his team’s position in the table.

Walton, Adegboyega, Gallagher, Graham, Sevelj, Docherty, Campbell, Stephenson, Middleton, Fotheringham, Dalby.

Subs: Richards, Strain, Trapanovski, Moult, Babunski, Van der Sande, Paton, Cleall-Harding.

Meanwhile, Brendan has named his Celtic team and it is clear that the manager of the Scottish Champions has one eye on Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League meeting with Bayern.

Schmeichel, Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Trusty, Schlupp, McGregor, McCowan, Hatate, Yang, Idah, Jota.

Subs: Sinisalo, Johnston, Scales, Taylor, Kühn, Kenny, Engels, Maeda, Murray.

The game kicks off at 3pm.
