Team’s Up – Johnston, Kenny and Dembele all start for Celtic FC B this afternoon

Tommy McIntyre’s Celtic B team are back in Glasgow Cup action this lunchtime when they take on Partick Thistle at the Penny Cars stadium in Airdrie in a match that has a 1pm kick-off.

The manager has made five changes to his starting eleven from the team that draw 1-1 with theRangers on Saturday afternoon as he brings in some fresh legs and also gives both Mikey Johnston and January signing Johnny Kenny both start as both look towards first team involvement .  And Karamoko Dembele also plays having being deployed against theRangers for the B team at the weekend rather than taking a spot on the bench the next day in the  first team’s win over Livingston.

Dane Murray captains the side and we had a great feature on his yesterday afternoon on The Celtic Star.
