Team’s Up – Ntcham starts as Forrest drops to the bench

NEIL LENNON has named his team to face Dundee United at Tannadice this evening as the Scottish Champions look to close the gap at the top of the league. The noticeable change is Olivier Ntcham coming in for James Forrest whilst Elhamed drops out for Frimpong.

In goals for the Scottish Champions, Vasilis Barkas starts in goals with a back line of Greg Taylor, Nir Bitton, Christopher Jullien as well as Jeremie Frimpong on the right.

In midfield, Callum McGregor and Scott Brown start at the base of the midfield whilst Olivier Ntcham starts in Dundee with James Forrest dropping out of the side. This means that Ryan Christie is pushed to the right side of midfield with Moi Elyounoussi playing off the left.

In attack, Celtic’s talisman Odsonne Edouard starts as the lone striker.

On the bench for Celtic: Bain, Ajer, Elhamed, McInroy, Ajeti, Forrest, Klimala, Soro, Harper

Tonight’s game is the first time since 2016 that the Scottish Champions have made the journey to face the Tangerine half of the City of Discovery following their relegation that year. Celtic won 4-1 that day and they will be hoping for a similar return tonight.
