Team’s Up – Rogic Returns but No Broony

Neil Lennon has named his team to face Kilmarnock this afternoon as the Scottish Champions look to continue their incredible run of form. Following Thursday’s 1-1 draw away to Copenhagen and with the return leg at Celtic Park in mind, Lennon has named a strong team – albeit without captain Scott Brown.

In front of the Englishman, Celtic have reverted to a back three with Christopher Jullien, Kris Ajer and Jozo Simunovic in the centre back roles.

In the wide areas of defence, Greg Taylor and Jeremie Frimpong start on the left and right flanks respectively.

Whilst in the middle of the park, Callum McGregor takes the captain’s armband and is joined by Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic starts ahead, surely with a view to Thursday night in mind.

In attack, the goalscorer of the vital away goal, Odsonne Edouard starts in a front two for Celtic.
