Team’s Up – Rogic starts, Christie out and Eddy and Ajeti up front

Neil Lennon has named his team for today’s game against Motherwell at Celtic Park. The Scottish Champions look to get back to winning ways at home following last weekend’s defeat to St Mirren. Neil Lennon’s side bounced back with a 4-0 midweek win over Kilmarnock but they will need to be at their best to beat the resurgent ‘Well side. The two previous meetings between the sides this season have resulted in a 3-0 and 4-1 wins for the 9IAR winners. Just one change from Tuesday with Tom Rogic coming in for the injured Ryan Christie.

In goals, Scott Bain starts again after registering a clean sheet on Tuesday night.

In defence, Kris Ajer is joined at centre back by Stephen Welsh, with Greg Taylor and Jonjoe Kenny operating on either side of the back four.

In midfield Scott Brown, who returned after suspension to score against Killie, starts in midfield. Callum McGregor is joined in midfield by the returning Tom Rogic and David Turnbull. Ryan Christie drops out.

In attack, Lennon has decided to partner goalscoring duo Odsonne Edouard with Albian Ajeti.

On the bench: Barkas, Duffy, Griffiths, Klimala, Soro, Johnston, Elyounoussi, Henderson and Laxalt.

The Pass to Paradise is the only place to watch the game today, with coverage starting at 2.30pm. The game will kick off at 3pm and will feature a new host in the form of Connie McLaughlin being joined by Darren O’Dea and Gary Caldwell.
