Then Now Always – Celtic’s Proud Irish Origins

As a club famous for its proud Irish origins, Celtic FC is delighted to reveal its new 2023/24 adidas Irish Origins collection. This brand new and extended collection follows the phenomenal response to last year’s 135th anniversary Origins Kit, allowing supporters in Scotland, Ireland and beyond to celebrate our connections, past and present, with the Emerald Isle.

An Irish identity is strongly woven into the fabric of Celtic Football Club since Brother Walfrid – himself an Irishman – founded the club back in 1887.
