Celtic welcomed Cameron Carter-Vickers and Reo Hatate back to training ahead of Saturday’s game against St Johnstone. The Scottish Champions host Craig Levein’s Saints as they look to regain their place at the top of the Cinch Premiership before Rangers travel to Dundee on Sunday at Dens Park.
In pictures shared on the club’s Twitter/X page, the star duo could be seen being put through their paces at Lennoxtown. The post was well received by fans in the replies below the post, hoping that the pair will be able to push Celtic towards a Double in the final stretch of the season.

Both Hatate and CCV have had injury hit seasons having been key figures in the title winning teams under Ange Postecoglou. The performances this season have suffered as a result of the pair being missing, such is their ability to move the ball.
Meanwhile, Celtic are expected to be without Luis Palma for three to four weeks. The Honduran winger has picked up a calf injury which means that he will likely miss the trip to Ibrox. Another injury that has been picked up at training is that of Liam Scales, the Irish defender will now likely miss the game against St Johnstone.
