“This is real football for real fans. Wherever we go we wear our colours. The future is our focus”

“This is real football for real fans. Wherever we go we wear our colours. The future is our focus”…that’s the message from Celtic this morning as the club goes about it’s usual business at this time of the year, with a kit launch.

This launch campaign features David Turnbull, who last night impressed making his international debut in the 2-2 draw against The Netherlands, James Forrest who also played in the pre-Euros friendly and Ivory Coast midfielder Ismaila Soro, presumably three players Celtic intend to use as the core of the team next season. Callum McGregor is also included in the photoshoot, passing up the opportunity for a day off, and presumably indicating that he will be staying presumably to captain the side. And Jacynta Galabadaarachchi – just call her Jacynta – represents Fran Alonso’s hugely exciting Celtic FC Women’s side, who are one win away from Champions League qualification and play Motherwell on Sunday in the final match at the SWPL season.  If results go our way in the other game (Glasgow City v theRangers) then we could even win the league!

Anyway here is the club’s message, released this morning…
