Timo Weah got booked but Zombie bound Jordan Jones’ pushes go unpunished by Madden

TIMO WEAH picked up a yellow card after the final whistle today at Rugby Park. However in the pictures captured below you will see that Zombie bound Jordan Jones actually lifts his hands and pushes The Celtic player not once but twice right in front of Bobby Madden and his assistant – yet incredibly Madden is next to lay his hands on the young Celtic teenager to pull him away and issue the card.

What Weah said is unknown at this time so we have no idea if his caution was merited or not.

However the question has to be asked why Madden chose to ignore the threatening behaviour from Jones?

Will the Ulsterman face a retrospective punishment from the SFA’s Compliance Officer Clare Whyte?

Certainly it looks like Jones is at least as deserving of a yellow card as Timo Weah – even from Bobby Madden. Watch this and judge for yourselves…
