Celtic opened the scoring this afternoon through Japanese striker Kyogo Furuhashi.
Callum McGregor drove at the Motherwell defence before slotting a pass into Celtic’s superstar from Portugal.
Jota’s cross was met by the onrushing Matt O’Riley, who scored a similar goal for Denmark’s U21s during the week, but Liam Kelly managed to stop it from crossing the line. He couldn’t, however, stop Kyogo from reacting and smashing the ball into the net.

Hopefully Celtic can get a few more goals as Ange’s side look to retake this place at the top of the table.
