Video: A Selection Of Goals From A Celtic Legend, On This His Birthday

Kenny Dalglish was born in Glasgow and grew up a Rangers fan. Nevertheless, he came through as part of the Quality Street Gang at Celtic Park and played a huge role in Celtic’s regular trips to the last four of the European Cup, as well as scoring many goals to guide the club to nine in a row.

The great striker went on to Liverpool, where he lifted the ultimate prize in European football on three occasions. At Anfield, he became King Kenny. Though he is absolutely a Celtic legend too, having been sublime in his eight seasons at Paradise.

Today, Dalglish turns 70 years old and to celebrate, here’s a selection of some of his greatest goals for Celtic.
