Video: Alan Thompson in conversation with The Celtic Star’s Liam Kelly

Over the weekend we have been serving up a preview of just some of the ideas that we have for The Celtic Star’s new You Tube channel and hopefully this will give you an idea of what to you can look forward to on an ongoing basis from now on.

Last night we featured The Gallowgate – A Hub of Celtic History and before that a few videos from Hampden on Saturday evening as the brilliant Celtic Support paid not one but two emotional tributes to Lisbon Lion Bertie Auld. Before that we published an example of how we intend to bring Celtic history from the website and onto video, the example used was a sending off for Johnny Doyle back in August 1977 against Ayr United when his cross hit the referee.

This evening we’ve another contribution from Liam Kelly, who is just one of a number of published Celtic authors to write for The Celtic Star. Liam will host The Celtic History Podcast on new channel and we’ll have video as well as audio going forward.

The example this evening is Liam’s interview with former Celtic Star Alan Thompson whose biography is published this month and is bound to be a fascinating read. Alan talks frankly to Liam in what is a great interview. We’re sure that you are going to enjoy it.
