Celtic Star Anthony Ralston today spoke to the mainstream media ahead of tomorrow’s Europa League match against Ferencvaros in Budapest. Earlier the man who transformed his fortunes at Celtic – Ange Postecoglou – also spoke about the player, expressing his delight at the right back signing a new four year deal that will keep him at the club until at least the summer of 2025.
Ralston is likely to maintain his place in the Celtic side that will be looking at picking up a second win over Hungarian Champions Ferencvaros tomorrow evening. But they’ll have to do without the support – inside the stadium at least – of the several hundred Celtic Fans who have already arrived in Budapest, including Liam Kelly from The Celtic Star. Liam will be writing a diary of the trip and this will be published on here after the inevitable hangover wears off.
One or two Celtic fans are bound to find a way into the stadium, although apparently the Ferencvaros instructions are to block anyone from Scotland, Ireland or England.
