On This Day in 2023, Celtic beat Rangers to win the League Cup. In footage released by the club at the end of last season, Ange Postecoglou gave a brilliant speech after the match to the players before the team cracked open Champagne.
The Australian told the players to enjoy the moment and think about what they have achieved as a team and their families as they toasted the first trophy of the season. The way that Ange got the club and got buy in with the players.
