Video: Brilliant – Celtic fans sing Gio’s name as Ange’s side go 9 clear

Giovanni Van Bronkhorst’s name was sung by the Celtic supporters in the concourse after his side dropped more points yesterday. Rangers came from behind to secure a point in Paisley, allowing Ange’s team the opportunity to beat Ross County to nine points clear.

Celtic beat County, despite the away side being gifted a penalty, thanks to goals from David Turnbull and Sead Haksabanovic.  It will add insult to injury that Gio’s name has been sung around Celtic Park.

The outcry from Govan has been tremendous but Celtic must not take their foot off the peddle when they return from the mid-season break as another Champions League place is on offer, should we win the League.

  1. I disagree with this crap towards GVB.
I have more respect for him than any of their previous managers!
At least he isn’t relying on the favours from the SFA and SPFL!
The joker before him got every possible help to ensure we never got to ten. In the end however, we assisted making sure of it too! We imploded, but the SFA helped in every way they could.
    Total respect to Gio.
