Cameron Carter-Vickers has given Celtic the lead against St Mirren this evening. Stephen Robinson’s side did well to hold Ange Postecoglou’s league leaders up until the break but just nine minutes after the interval, Celtic went ahead.
As Celtic moved forward into a dangerous area, Tanser halved Liel Abada. Jota’s free-kick was sent towards Carter-Vickers’ defensive partner Carl Starfelt, who battled with Gogic for the ball. It fell favourably and the USA Internationalist smashed the ball with his left foot beyond Jak Alnwik in the Saints net.

Celtic will be keen on getting a few more goals this evening as St Johnstone look to come from a goal down at McDiarmid Park against Rangers.
