Video: Celtic Daft Sunderland Striker’s Brilliant Response to Rangers Question

Sunderland’s Chris Maguire took part in a Twitter Q&A with the Black Cats supporters and was asked a tough question. Who would he rather play for Rangers or Sunderland’s rivals Newcastle United? Maguire’s brilliant response has gone down well with Celtic and Sunderland supporters.

The Bellshill-born striker gave a long pause before giving his answer, in that time he lifted his Treble Treble mug before bluntly replying ‘None.’ Not quite in the spirit of the Q&A but the Celtic fan wasn’t willing to lose friends at the Stadium of Light.

Maguire has never hidden his love for Celtic and even the question drew a wry smile from the 31-year-old. Maguire started his career at Aberdeen before a move to Derby County for £400k.
