This game was starting to take on a familiar pattern as the second half wore on. Celtic were struggling for composure in the final third and Lazio looked the most likely team to grab a second on the counter attack.
That was until Ryan Christie stepped up to side foot a lovely effort past the keeper. He had wasted a few decent positions and hit the post earlier in the game, so he will be delighted to see this one go in.
With Cluj looking likely to win in France, this goal could be very important in the final standings:

If you want to be critical then the Lazio keeper should be doing better, but that’s irrelevant as Celtic now have 15 minutes to find a winner !
