Video: Jullien scores delightful header to give Celtic late victory over Lazio

This could be such a vital result when it comes to the final standings of the group. Cluj have won in France so this victory means Celtic enjoy a four point lead over Lazio and six points over Rennes at the halfway stage.

It means that the next game in Rome is almost a free hit for Neil Lennon, they would remain a point clear of the Italians with a trip to Romania and a home game against Rennes to come. No doubt most Celtic fans would have taken that when the group was drawn.

Just when it was starting to look like the game might fizzle out, big Summer signing Christopher Jullien rose to glance Ryan Christie’s corner into the fair corner:

 

 

 

The Lazio defending is incredibly bad, it’s like the entire box just opens up for Jullien to stride in and pick his spot. It’s still a delightful glanced header and delivers a deserved win for Neil Lennon and his men.
