Karamoko Dembele opened the scoring for Celtic after 24 minutes after the winger made it 1-0 to Celtic over Charlton. The goal had been coming and Celtic deserved their lead, even if Albian Ajeti spurned a chance early on to make it 1-0. Although, this time Dembele made no mistake taking the ball around the corner and slamming it into the net.

Nir Bitton passed the ball forward after bringing it out of defence, picking out a run from Greg Taylor. The ball was then attempted to be cleared by the Charlton defender only for Dembele to pounce and fire the ball in.
