Video: Celtic legend makes mentality argument against Rangers

Celtic legend Neil Lennon has questioned whether Philippe Clement’s Rangers have the bottle to challenge Brendan Rodgers’ side in the second half of the season. Rangers were gaining ground on Celtic before an impressive run of form before the winter break, including a 2-1 win for Celtic in the Glasgow Derby.

Speaking to PLZ Soccer, Lennon contended that Celtic have a hold over Rangers because of their ability to win big games.

Lennon was hugely successful as a player making 264 appearances after joining from Leicester City. The Irishman won ten titles with Celtic, eight Scottish Cups and three league cups in two spells as manager and as a player.
