Celtic TV have released the footage of the Post Match Celebrations following yesterday’s 1-0 win over Rangers. A first half header from Jota won the game for Ange Postecoglou’s side and now puts them ninety minutes away from lifting the famous old trophy next month.
Celtic were in control for large parts of the game and were able to weather the storm of Rangers possession. The celebrations at the end were brilliant as the team and supporters enjoyed another victory over their city rivals.
There are some brilliant snippets throughout the footage, such as Alistair Johnston limping along with crutches in the air before Reo Hatate suggests that he calms down. Or both Callum McGregor and Joe Hart relishing the victory before Ange completes his walk-off the field.
Celtic will now face Inverness CT in the Scottish Cup Final on the 3rd of June 2023. The game will be played at Hampden Park and information such as ticketing, kick-off time etc will be released in due course.
