Video: Celtic’s Ryan Christie scores penalty for Scotland

RYAN CHRISTIE made it two from two from the penalty spot for Scotland. The 25-year-old stepped up after Andy Robertson was fouled in the box and the Celtic midfielder made no mistake.

Days following his cracking penalty against Israel, Christie slotted the ball into the corner. The goal gave Scotland a 2-1 lead, with Lyndon Dykes giving a first half equaliser.

The midfielder will be hoping to bring back his scoring form with Scotland for Neil Lennon’s side. A trip back to the Highlands on Saturday against Ross County awaits Christie when he gets back to SPFL duties at the weekend.
