Leigh Griffiths was on the scoresheet for the second time in a week with a header to give Celtic a 2-0 lead over Ross County. The 30-year-old had moments before spurned a one-on-one chance to double the lead but Laidlaw parried the shot away.

The ball was then recycled to Ryan Christie, who instead of shooting, floated the ball to the back post where Griffiths popped up to give the Scottish Champions a cushion. Neil Lennon will be hoping to get another few goals as they look to claw back not only the points but goals on Rangers.
