Video: Conor Hazard becomes the hero for Celtic with two crucial penalty saves to win the Scottish Cup

You never thought it was going to take an edgy penalty shootout to beat Hearts when Celtic were 2-0 up at half time, but Celtic completely collapsed after the restart.

Conor Hazard had a bit of a shocker and was at fault for two of the three goals, but he’s managed to redeem himself with a couple of saves in the shootout which you can watch here:

The first save was huge because it came just after Ryan Christie had missed, so at least he showed the mental strength to bounce back and help Celtic win the cup.

Questions do need to be asked about the defence and there’s zero chance of winning the league if Celtic keep putting in performances like this.

It’s also true in the old saying that there’s no pictures on the scoresheet, and it’s Celtic’s name who will be going on the cup again.
