Video: “He will be a top manager because he is a winner. He likes to win and knows how to win,” KT on Broony

It is only a matter of time before Scott Brown is a manager in his own right, reckons Kieran Tierney and the Arsenal and Scotland defender reckons that it would be a pleasure to play for his old skipper at Celtic.

“I think it is only a matter of time when he chooses to finish playing for good. He will be a top manager because he is a winner. He likes to win and knows how to win,” KT said. “It would be a pleasure to play under him, he’d be some manager, he’d get everyone working for him.

“Him at Celtic was all we’ve ever really known, obviously he played at Hibs when he was young but for the last 13 or 14 years you’ve only known him at Celtic so it’s hard to picture him anywhere else. So, a surprise in that sense but it’s obviously a great move for him and what he wants to do in his career.

“I don’t think words would do Scott Brown justice, for what he’s done for me and the club. He’s a legend, the word gets used a lot these days but he is the definition of a legend. He helped me so much and I’m so thankful for him.,” the former Celtic Star said.

So it is a case of Celtic’s loss is Aberdeen’s gain for now at least. You get the feeling that maybe these two will meet up again at Paradise in the future, maybe as manager and captain?
