John Hartson yesterday reached his own personal ten-in-a-row and bravely spoke about it to hopefully give others in a similar position as the former Celtic striker was a decade ago, to be brave enough and strong enough to follow him down the road to a better life away from the horrors of a gambling addiction.
Hartson was a big, fearless forward for Wales and many club sides including of course Celtic but he ended up down on his hands and knees begging his wife, who ten years ago yesterday, had had enough of what the galling addiction was doing to the man she loved.

Hartson in this BBC Wales video, explains what happened and reveals that he went to Gamblers Anonymous that very night and has as a result got his life back on track. Powerful as a Hartson header this video, please watch and if anyone identifies with what John is saying please consider carefully what advice his is giving, his message is meant to help fellow sufferers.
