Celtic have taken the lead over Ross County thanks to a penalty from Jota. Willie Collum was told to check for a potential handball on the stroke of half-time and the veteran referee concurred that it was a handball.
Iacovitti was penalised after Cameron Carter-Vickers header was blocked by the County defender’s arm. The superstar from Portugal, who scored from the spot against Hibs, was again on the penalty duties and drove the ball down the centre of the goal after Ross Laidlaw dived to his right.

Celtic haven’t been at the fluid best with County stifling them in the middle of the park and at the back. However, Ange’s team have been the better side.
Back in November, The Staggies were awarded a shocker of a penalty by virtue of the penalty laws. This could be a case of matters levelling out.
