Hearts striker Lawrence Shankland has admitted that his side rode their luck with VAR decisions going their way against Celtic. John Beaton on VAR intervened to send Celtic winger Yang off after 16 minutes and then just before half time to give a penalty to the hosts, which Jorge Grant dispatched.
Speaking after the game, the Scotland Internationalist was candid as he accepted that they had to take advantage of the decisions that went in their favour.
🗣️ "You ride your luck when decisions go for you and we did that, we punished them with their ten men."
