Celtic interim manager Martin O’Neill reflected on a brilliant night as the Scottish Champions claimed three points in Rotterdam. The Irishman stepped back into the dugout after Brendan Rodgers’ shock departure and made it five wins out of six with the Europa League win against Feyenoord.
Seasoning to TNT Sports after the game, O’Neill was delighted with the response from his side in what is expected to be his final European outing as manager.
"I'll go sit back and watch from a distance again" 🥲

Wilfried Nancy is expected to be appointed as Celtic manager in the coming days with his first match anticipated to be the midweek game against Dundee. Hopefully there will be an opportunity for the Celtic support to show their appreciation to MON for his efforts along with Shaun Maloney and Mark Fotheringham.
It remains to be seen whether O’Neill has a future in the new Celtic setup. The legendary manager could be well placed to take a place on the club board and help influence the club towards making positive strides towards modernisation.

Should be manager until end of season.
Hail Hail.
