It won’t come as a surprise to anybody that the maddening inconsistency of Scottish referees has reared it’s head again tonight, so it will be interesting to see how this one gets dealt with.
Leigh Griffiths has been vilified in some parts for the incident at Hamilton at the weekend, but it won’t be a total shock if this one gets swept under the carpet.

Christopher Long caught Scott Brown with a nasty looking stamp tonight, but nothing was done:

Initially it might look like it could be an accident, but when you watch it back you can see him go out of his way to get a clean stamp on Broony’s ankle area.
It doesn’t look like there will be any lasting damage, but we all know what the reaction would be like if the roles were reversed here.
At least we know the league will do their best to deal with it…
