Celtic CEO, Peter Lawwell, has finally broken his silence and has spoken to Celtic TV to deliver a public message to the club’s supporters.

Lawwell gives a rationale for taking the trip to Dubai and has offered an apology, admitting that the decision was a mistake, whilst it was made with the best of intentions.

The Celtic chief closes the video by calling for unity and asking for people to come together in order to take “this magnificent football club as far as we possibly can.”
