Video: Postecoglou reflects on ‘okay’ win over Charlton

Ange Postecoglou reflected on an ‘okay’ win over Charlton Athletic. It was a game of two halves, Celtic completely dominated the first half but appeared to loosen their grip in the second half but the manager was happy enough with the work rate from the players as he knows that touch will return with the more games they play.

Goals from Karamoko Dembele and Albian Ajeti gave Celtic the lead before Conor Washington pulled one back in the second half.

The manager will have a game against Bristol City on Wednesday before returning to Glasgow for the game against Preston North End. The prep will need to get Celtic up and running for FC Midtjylland on Tuesday 20th. Ange will want to get some players in the door as soon as he can to bolster the positions that are in need of attention.
