The entire concept of having two managers is a weird one. It seems to have worked for Ross County so far, but what happens if they have a complete difference of opinion?
If you’ve seen much of County this season it certainly looks like Stuart Kettlewell is the man in charge. He marches round the technical area bellowing at his players with all his might with Steven Ferguson follows him around like a lost puppy.

You have to think that Ferguson must be the brains of the operation while Kettlewell takes the lead, but this clip from the game today works perfectly with the Chewin’ the Fat audio in the background:

In fairness this isn’t exclusive to the Ross County pair, in most games you can see a coach just copying what the manager does.
You do have to wonder if the players take any real notice anyway.
