Video: Stunner from Liel Abada makes it 2-0 to Celtic

Liel Abada has made it 2-0 to Celtic on the stroke of half-time with an incredible effort. The League One side were hoping for the relief of the referee’s whistle but Abada ensured that Ange Postecoglou’s men would be going in with a two goal lead.

The winger played a one-two off the Alloa defender before wrapping a sweet strike into the top corner, leaving Hutton in the goals with no chance. The Israeli winger has an incredible return since arriving in the summer.

At just 20, he has taken to life at Celtic so smoothly. The returning duo of James Forrest and Jota will know that they need to be on form in order to get time on the pitch. Celtic are in a commanding position going into the break thanks to the opener from Giorgos Giakoumakis. Although, there was one concern from the first half with Callum McGregor having to be subbed after taking a knock to his cheekbone. He was replaced by James McCarthy.
