Video: Stunning – former Celt scores world class goal for new club

SCOTT SINCLAIR is synonymous with Celtic’s Invincible season and his incredible goal scoring tally under Brendan Rodgers that season. The former Celt is now with Preston North End and the attacker scored a goal of the season contender last night. Sinclair audaciously tried to lob Asmir Begovic from well over 40 yards out as PNE beat Bournemouth 3-2 at the Vitality Stadium.

The ex-Man City winger joined Celtic from Aston Villa and on the same day as he signed in 2016, he scored the winner versus Hearts on the beginning of an incredible journey that would see Celtic win everything without losing a game.

Sinclair left Celtic for Preston North End in January as a key player in the Treble Treble team. From signing from Aston Villa, Sinclair scored on his debut and the next four games after that – becoming the first player in 94 years to score five gaols in his first five games.
