Joe Hart is playing his final game at Celtic Park and the Green Brigade put together a half time tifo honouring the club’s No.1.
As he and the team emerged from the tunnel, the 37-year-old clocked the display in the North Curve and appeared emotional as he thanked them.

The goalie was handed the armband after 77 minutes when Paulo Bernardo replaced skipper Callum McGregor and could be replaced himself to the arm the standing ovation he deserves from the Paradise crowd.
Hart will be hoping that his teammates can get another goal and allow him to leave Celtic Park with a win. The big fella will be also
