Video: The Kennedy era gets off to the perfect start as Edouard opens the scoring vs Aberdeen

Away teams know they need to take their chances when they come to Celtic Park, so hopefully Aberdeen go on to regret that early miss.

In fairness to Scott Bain he made a superb save, and Celtic have immediately punished Aberdeen by taking the early lead.

It’s Odsonne Edouard who gets the goal, but it does need a pretty major deflection to deceive the keeper and end up in the back of the net:

It’s one of those that could even go down as an own goal if it’s reviewed, but the main thing is that Celtic have the early goal and something to build on this afternoon.
