Celtic brushed FK Jablonec aside last night as they welcomed back a capacity crowd to Paradise for the first time since March 2020. Ange Postecoglou’s side were in control from the start and dominated the game with a number of players impressing. Goals from David Turnbull (2) and James Forrest completed a 7-2 aggregate win for Postecoglou’s side.
The win sets up a play-off tie against Dutch side AZ Alkmaar at Celtic Park next Wednesday before the return leg in the Netherlands the following week. It was great to see supporters return and we can expect even more to be there on Sunday as the main stand will be open.
