“We don’t think it was violent conduct and we don’t think it was in the face,” Gerrard on Kent Punch

THIS is astonishing. Having just read it, I thought it was a post from the excellent Literal Stevie G account – more to follow on this on The Celtic Star shortly.

Gerrard and indeed the Rangers ‘don’t think that it was violent conduct’ and they don’t think ‘it was in the face’ – all that was missing was him saying they don’t think that the earth is round. That comment would probably have been more credible than the rest…

“It’s always easy in hindsight to look at pictures that look worse than they are,” the increasingly crazy madcap Rangers manager said. What price a reputation?

Some of the comments:

“Laughing stock of a club, cringy.”

“SG: Ryan was just lifting his hands to another player… I know this isn’t allowed but he was provoked…”

“Wow. Stevie G was one of my favourite non Celtic players because I like Liverpool but going to that cesspit has changed him for the worse. Sad to see how deluded he has become.”

“Bloody Brown provoking people again!”

“Brown was walking backwards, nice try though slippy G”

“Anyone got the Benny Hill music for this guys pressers?”
