Welcome Back! Leigh Griffiths leads the line for Celtic against SC Pinkafeld

WHILE Olivier Ntcham is still away with France playing in the Under 21 tournament in France, so is still technically still waiting for his 2018-19 season to end, Celtic are about to kick-off the new campaign against SC Pinkafeld!

Here’s the team which is packed full of Development Players both in the starting line-up and on the bench – Hazard, Ralston, Simunovic, Welsh, Hayes, Coffey, Christie, Oxo-Flex, Miller, Sinclair and Griffiths.

On the bench Celtic have Doohan, Gutman, Savoury, Morrison, Henderson, Johnston, Dembele and Robertson.

But while it’s great to see so many young Hoops players it is going to be extra special to see Leigh Griffiths back doing what he does best, leading the line on a football pitch. Welcome back Leigh!

Another 40 goal season would be wonderful!

And Ryan Christie, who has been missing since the outrageous assault he suffered in the Scottish Cup semi-final against Aberdeen in April is also back today. His face seems to have healed!

Enjoy the match, COYBIG!
