BT Sport to broadcast Nine in a Row Tribute to Celtic on SATURDAY at 9.45pm

BT Sport will broadcast a Nine in a Row tribute to Celtic on Saturday 23 May (not tomorrow night as we were originally advised by BT Sport’s PR agency, so apologies for that).

The broadcaster plans to commemorate Celtic’s 9th successive Scottish Premiership win in fine style and it is a programme that you will not want to miss!

BT Sport’s special hour-long programme is simply called Nine in a Row and will be shown this Saturday (23 May) at 9:45pm on BT Sport 1. Don’t miss their look back on Celtic’s 2019/20 journey.

Hosted by Darrell Currie, Chris Sutton and Johan Mjallby, the team will look back on the Hoops’ league, cup and European campaigns. Neil Lennon will also join them and they’ll show exclusive interviews with Moussa Dembélé and Mikael Lustig, who incidentally is looking for a new club after Gent decided that he’s not going to be part of their plans for next season – we wrote about this development last night.

BT Sport have won many friends in Scottish football for their commitment to promoting the game up here, and that is in sharp contrast to the rather contemptuous treatment that fans believe that we get from Sky.

So Saturday night will also be a brilliant way for BT Sport to say goodbye to Scottish football by celebrating Celtic’s stunning 9IAR. Don’t miss it!

Incidentally, we’ll need to get The Celtic Player of the Year Poll up and running – James Forrest won it last time round.
