Celtic’s club badge voted as one of the most beautiful in the world

You can tell that the world is really missing football when we start holding votes over which team has the most beautiful crest, but that’s the current reality.

As reported By The Sun, Spanish outlet Marca held a vote to determine the most beautiful club crests in the game, and Celtic managed to get more than 25000 votes.

That was enough to place them in the top 20, with Moroccan side Raja Casablanca taking the crown with theirs:

In a way it’s a surprise to see the results actually come out in an objective way, as these polls tend to be won by the clubs with the most fans around the world.

The top 3 is rounded off by Al Ahly from Egypt and Brazilian giants Fluminense, before Real Madrid make an appearance in fourth place.

Celtic are ranked 15th in the final standings, and while it’s a fairly meaningless achievement in the grand scheme of things, it does prove that they are appreciated and well thought of around the world.

Liverpool and Manchester United were the other two British sides to be ranked in the top 20.
